Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory records, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience working with ERP systems and be comfortable handling data and documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Pay Rate: $17.00–$20.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMLocation: Houston, TX 77013Experience: 2–3 years of ERP experienceJob Type: Full-TimeResponsibilitiesMaintain and update inventory and warehouse records in the ERP system.Enter and verify data accurately, including inventory transactions and shipment information.Assist with receiving, shipping, and order documentation.Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure records and system information are accurate.Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.Qualifications2–3 years of ERP experience required.Previous warehouse administrative experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or GED preferred.Please note that there is a background check and a drug screening for the position.
