Northrop Grumman is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the IBCS Software Business Area. This position will report directly to the IBCS Software Program Manager within the IBCS Software Business Area and will provide direct support to the IBCS Software Programs.

This position will require onsite work at our Huntsville, AL location.
The Administrative Assistant communicates with Program Managers, Integrated Product Team Leads, Cross Product Team Leads, functional management, Government Partners. This position requires the individual to perform advanced administrative duties. Strong project management skills, emotional intelligence, and integrity are essential for this position. In addition, the candidate must be comfortable working in a high energy, collaborative, fast paced, professional environment.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess the ability to work with other professionals collaboratively, possess agility and the desire to adapt to constantly changing demands and new tools/technologies. This position is pivotal to the success of the organization, and the successful candidate will demonstrate how they have supported their prior teams through organization, self-motivation, and task ownership skills, with the ability to accomplish duties in a high-impact, time sensitive environment. This position may require occasional nonstandard work hours in support of business schedules.

Primary Level Salary Range: $45,100.00 - $75,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate''s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
