Job Description :
  • Report Processing: Accurately compile, review, and process reports, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correctly entered into our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Data Entry: Precisely input and update data into our systems, maintaining data integrity through regular checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Management: Maintain and organize a filing system within our database to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Implement best practices for document management and storage
  • Proven experience in report processing, data entry, and data organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Easily able to learn new systems

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in a role requiring verification of accuracyof data entry.
  • Prior experience with report processing, compiling, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of report data.
  • Prior experience with document management and organization within a database.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Adaptability easily able to learn new systems.
