We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at SDGE in an administrative capacity. This role will be open for applications until Wednesday EOD. Please note that we will not be scheduling a Supplier Spotlight Call for this position.

Role Details

  • One round of interviews is expected, with a potential second round depending on supervisor availability.
  • This is a Pilot Role with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance.
  • Initially, the role requires onsite work five days a week, transitioning to four days onsite (Monday-Thursday) and remote work on Fridays after training.
  • Core working hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative and operational support to the Operations & Engineering (O&E) Supervisor and the Electric Regional Operations team to ensure efficient coordination of field and office activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the Electric Troubleshooter schedule.
  • Coordinating daily staffing assignments and supporting workload prioritization.
  • Assisting with tracking, documentation, and processing of customer and third-party damage reports.
  • Supporting the assignment and coordination of ETS pre-arranged customer request jobs.
  • Monitoring workflow status to help meet service commitments.
  • Maintaining tracking of ETS AED inspections and related compliance requirements.
  • Providing administrative support for ETS safety meetings, including note-taking, distribution of meeting minutes, and tracking of action items.
  • Assisting with various administrative follow-up requests, data entry, reporting, communications, and records management activities.
  • Performing additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Electric Regional Operations organization.

Experience Level

Level IV: 8 Years of Experience. Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
