HOAMCO is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support for an on-site community association in Las Vegas. This position requires an individual who excels at customer service, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine, and maintaining professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to homeowners, board members, and managers.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous Homeowners Association (HOA) experience a plus
Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Duties:
Provide dedicated administrative support to an on-site Las Vegas community.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications to complete projects and assignments.
Utilizing systems and programs to compile Monthly Management Reports, board packets and supporting documentation for the community association manager.
Address in-person inquiries at the on-site office, telephone calls, and emails while managing ongoing projects and assignments.
Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, board members, and vendors.
Create and distribute professional, polished written communications.
Conduct weekly site visits to evaluate community conditions, confirm compliance, assess property conditions, and proactively identify issues requiring attention.
Coordinate with all community vendors to effectively manage contracts, services, and work orders.
Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
