The Administrative Assistant provides day to day support for our team members and implements onsite functions. The Administrative Assistant also provides front desk and customer support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the facility’s team members.
- Provides onsite onboarding support for new hires.
- Partners with local vendors to ensure the facility is receiving appropriate support (lunches, community engagement, etc.).
- Provides front desk support, answers incoming phone calls, and assists visitors.
- Helps facilitate company sponsored events.
- Oversees and orders coffee, kitchen, and office supplies.
- Helps coordinate customer visits.
- Coordinates other projects, as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Excellent in Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work in a high pace environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
