    Shred Right is seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Shred Right Operations and Employee Support. This visible, fast-paced role connects people, priorities, and information across the organization.

    No two days look the same. You may coordinate meetings, prepare communications, assist with onboarding, organize projects, or resolve administrative issues. Your ability to anticipate needs, follow through, and keep priorities moving will make a meaningful impact across the company.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Keep Priorities Moving Forward

    • Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Shred Right Operations & Employee Support.
    • Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, schedules and follow-up activities.
    • Track assignments, deadlines, and action items across multiple departments.
    • Prepare and distribute communications, reports, presentations, and company announcements.
    • Support companywide projects, strategic priorities, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
    • Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address issues.

    Support Our Employees

    • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation materials, and required documentation.
    • Respond to routine employee questions and connect team members with the appropriate resources.
    • Support employee meetings, training sessions, recognition programs, and company events.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and protect confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Connecting People and Departments

    • Facilitate clear, timely communication among Customer Engagement, Operations, Security Operators, Sales, and other departments.
    • Welcome employees, customers, vendors, and visitors with a professional, service-focused approach.
    • Manage office supplies and help maintain an organized, productive work environment.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen administrative support across the company.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required

    • Three or more years of administrative or office support experience.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Sound judgment and a commitment to confidentiality.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems.
    • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and responsive.

    Preferred

    • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, human resources, or operational teams.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate next steps.

    Position Information

    • Title: Administrative Assistant
    • Department: Shred Right
    • Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
    • Location: 6301 W. Old Shakopee Road, Suite A, Bloomington, MN 55438
    • Salary: $80,000–$85,000, depending on experience
    • Pay Cycle: Semi-Monthly
    • Work Environment: On-site office setting that promotes collaboration across teams
