• Answer and screen incoming calls.
• Organize, update, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Distribute email, memos, letters, and faxes.
• Assist with scheduled reports.
• Maintain a clean and orderly office space.
• Update documents, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain contact lists and staff files.
• Greet visitors.
• Create/design/publish the bulletin.
