Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to join a growing manufacturing company in Oklahoma City. This position supports daily office operations by assisting with payroll, data entry, customer service, accounting support, and general administrative functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication, computer, and multitasking skills. Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred, while experience with NetSuite is a major plus as the company transitions to the new platform.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous administrative assistant, office coordinator, or office support experience preferred
Experience using QuickBooks strongly preferred
Experience with NetSuite is a major plus
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for daily office operations
Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
Perform data entry and maintain company databases and filing systems
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers and vendors professionally
Prepare and organize reports, correspondence, and business documents
Assist with invoicing, recordkeeping, and other accounting-related functions
Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient operations
Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial office environment
Knowledge of payroll processing and bookkeeping practices
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Frequent use of a keyboard, telephone, and standard office equipment
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and light lifting as needed
Ability to perform repetitive office tasks with accuracy throughout the day
