ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Pay is $22-$25 an hour based on experience.

Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:

Are you detail-oriented and great with task management? Are you a Team Player who can work independently? The H+H Group is adding an Administrative Assistant to our team at our Central Support location conveniently located in Aksarben Village. This position will play a key role in supporting organizational efficiency across multiple departments. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. ($22-$25 an hour)

• Contract and supplier management.
• Manage Policy, Process and Procedure (3P) documentation to ensure information remains current, organized and accessible.
• Assist with accounting related administrative functions.
• Monitor and manage requests inside ClickUp request system.
• Plan and lead weekly team building events.
• Provide a "Best in Class" experience for all associates.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch break.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to read and comprehend information and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
• Strong Customer service and interpersonal skills.
