    Administrative Assistant

    Role Summary

    Provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to leadership, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role involves managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, maintaining organized records, and assisting Community Managers with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

    Compensation & Schedule

    • Pay: $17–$23 per hour (based on experience)
    • Hours: 30–40 hours per week for 3–6 months
    • Schedule: Flexible 4–5 days per week, typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (potential for permanent placement after 3–6 months)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents with accuracy and clarity
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and distribute relevant information promptly
    • Maintain secure, organized filing systems for easy access and compliance
    • Screen calls, visitors, and messages with discretion and professionalism
    • Assist in tracking budgets and supporting administrative processes
    • Handle general office duties, including mail, supplies, and document preparation
    • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and external contacts
    • Utilize Microsoft Office and standard office equipment efficiently
    • Support process improvements and maintain compliance with policies and procedures

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • No prior experience required; administrative experience is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team
    • Valid PA Driver's License required
