Overview of the Administrative Assistant Role:


Office Support: Manage front desk operations including answering calls, greeting clients, and handling correspondence.


Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.


Document Management: Organize and maintain files, contracts, and other essential documents.


Client Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and assisting with requests.


Office Maintenance: Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure a tidy and professional workspace.


Preferred Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:



  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
