Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and routing them appropriately
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing meetings and taking minutes
- Writing emails, memos, and correspondence
- Contributing to reports and maintaining filing systems
- Updating office procedures and assisting with team organization
- Upselling products/services to meet sales goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; associate's or training preferred
- Previous administrative experience
- Familiarity with office equipment and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize
