Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their growing team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This individual will work closely with real estate agents, clients, vendors, and other team members to support daily operations and client service initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:- Provide administrative and operational support to real estate agents and management.
- Coordinate appointments, property showings, meetings, and client communications.
- Maintain and update client, property, and transaction records.
- Assist with preparing listing materials, marketing materials, and property information.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with coordinating real estate transactions and maintaining required documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, agents, vendors, and other industry professionals.
- Track leads, client activity, listings, and transaction progress.
- Assist with social media, email marketing, and other real estate marketing initiatives.
- Research local real estate market trends and prepare information for the team.
- Help coordinate open houses, client events, and other company activities.
- Perform general office administration and other duties as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Professional and personable demeanor.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
- Experience working with CRM systems or real estate transaction management software.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and transaction processes.
- Experience with social media or digital marketing.
- Strong interest in building a career within the real estate industry.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree required.
