Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will maintain information systems, create reports, take minutes, coordinate office functions and perform other administrative support duties. 

You will greet and screen all incoming visitors, answer calls and record messages. You will schedule and coordinate meetings, events and itineraries as needed.  

You will serve as liaison with divisional constituents and may serve as a liaison between patients and families, administrative, clinical, medical and support staff.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Must have specialized training and demonstrateproficiency with the following personal computer software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Strong Excel experience
  • 5 years administrative work experience 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 

  • 10 years administrative work experience
