Duties And Responsibilities: Provides general office, receptionist and clerical assistance provides front desk oversight, office operations coordination, facilities and IT issue management, inventory control, donation oversight, and staff engagement support to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient office environment. Perform clerical functions such as email correspondence, word processing/typing, assisting with collating packets and mailings, mail sorting and distribution, copying, faxing, ordering supplies, and other general office duties, as required.
