Administrative Supervisor

**South of Broad Healthcare (SOBH) is expanding access to high-quality, community-based healthcare throughout southern Beaufort County and the surrounding Lowcountry. Grounded by a mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, SOBH supports strategic growth designed to bring essential healthcare services closer to the people and communities we serve. At the center of SOBH is Bluffton Community Hospital, a new 28 bed, full-service hospital. Approximately 90,000 square foot facility will include a 24/7 emergency department, an acute inpatient nursing unit, surgical and endoscopy suites, a cardiac catheterization lab, advanced imaging, laboratory services, and additional outpatient capabilities. The hospital is scheduled for completion in late 2026, with patient care anticipated to being early 2027.

In conjunction with the administrative person on call, supervises entire hospital operations in the absence of the BMH President and Vice-President for Patient C are Services. Provides leadership and supports the hospital philosophy and objectives. Maintains a safe environment for all hospital personnel, patients and visitors. Works in collaboration with members of the nursing and medical staff to insure patient continuing care needs are met. Adjusts nursing staffing to meet the changing census or acuity as appropriate.
