Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform duties such as:
    • Word processing, filing, faxing
    • Scheduling meetings and coordinating conferences
    • Financial record keeping
    • Obtaining supplies
Reporting & Data Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pull and review data reports to:
    • Identify outliers, trends, and gaps
    • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Create reports and presentations for:
    • Departmental managers
    • Directors
    • Executive leadership
  • Support leadership decision-making by delivering clear, data-driven insights
  • Prepare presentations on a weekly basis
 
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, analysis, and/or resourcing roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create or improve processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 
Microsoft Tools
  • Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
    • Creating pivot tables
    • Using basic formulas (sum, average, etc.)
    • Analyzing and interpreting data sets
  • PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
    • Creating clean, professional, easy-to-follow presentations
    • Integrating data from multiple sources
    • Following required branding standards
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Data Analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis practices and associated tools
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
