Administrative Support Specialist

The Admin Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all paperwork, documentation and certifications are shipped with the install kit. The Admin Department is responsible for ensuring that all install, install change, re-install, and CA Misc Ship transactions are processed and printed once they drop into the CSS queue. Once a transaction is put into the queue by Sales, the Admin Team will review the transaction to verify it is setup correctly and all the information on the account is accurate. If the account is setup correctly, they will process and print the paperwork and deliver it to the shipping staging area. If the account is setup incorrectly, they will email the Rep that setup the initial transaction and have them correct it. Once corrected they can now move on with their process. The Admin Team plays a critical role across the Org to ensure communications goes out to the proper channels. If escalations arise, there may be potential of delayed shipments if issues are not corrected in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures all outbound shipments are properly processed with paperwork.
• Print, Fold, and deliver installation paperwork to the shipping team in a timely manner based on appointment date and time.
• Contact, coordinate and maintain consistent follow-up with Sales Managers to present data entry issues that are occurring.
• Assist with shipment escalations.
• Demonstrate good communication and inspiring developmental skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and in a team.
• All other duties assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated a high level of detail.
