Admissions Coordinator

Reporting to the Regional Center Administrator the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the admissions process to ensure timely efficient and customer-focused placement of residents into Kane Centers. This position serves as the primary liaison between referral sources hospitals patients families payers and the interdisciplinary team to facilitate seamless transitions of care. The Admissions Coordinator evaluates referrals verifies financial eligibility coordinates admissions completes required admission documentation and provides exceptional customer service throughout the admission process.
