Exciting Opportunity in the Riverside, CA area: Adult Home Health Physical Therapist PT

We are working with a fabulous client in Riverside, CA who is interested in hiring a travel Adult Home Health Physical Therapist to join their team for a 3-month stay with an option to extend! Pay range is up to $76 per hour DOE!
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMA approved (or equivalent) PT program
- Licensed PT in the state of practice
- 2+ years' experience preferred
- 1 year of home health experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver s license and insured vehicle
- Meets pre employment health requirements
Position Details:- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hr. Days some weekends MAY be required
- Start Date: May 4, 2026
- Setting: Adult Home Health

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PT services as ordered by physician
- Assist with patient evaluations and Plan of Care
- Document and report patient progress
- Educate patients, families, and staff
- Evaluate home environment as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
