We are seeking a Senior Advertiser Enablement Manager to join the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to TikTok's Global Business Solutions organization, helping the world's largest advertisers leverage TikTok's creator ecosystem, content solutions, and emerging advertising products to drive business growth at scale.
As the Advertiser Enablement lead for Global Accounts, you will partner closely with senior sales leadership, product teams, regional stakeholders, and executive client contacts to accelerate adoption of TikTok's creator and content solutions across international markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to some of TikTok's most strategic advertisers, helping shape global creator strategies, unlock revenue opportunities, and influence product direction through market feedback and industry expertise.
This role requires exceptional executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex global organizations while driving alignment across multiple regions and stakeholders.
