Affordable Assistant Property Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at a senior affordable housing community. The ideal candidate brings strong HUD compliance, income recertification, resident relations, and property management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process annual and interim income certifications and recertifications.
• Support leasing, applications, waitlists, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate resident files and follow HUD and Fair Housing requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and resident services.
• Oversee property operations and staff in the Property Manager's absence.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in HUD project-based subsidized housing.
• Knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3 and recent Fair Housing training.
• Strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred.
