You will create an inclusive environment that fosters academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.Program Leadership: Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteer to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratio.Community Partnerships:Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.Operational Excellence: Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.What We Are Looking ForAge: Must be at least 21 years of age.Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).Drive: Valid driver's license Preferred Experience: Working with youth (ages 5-18), supervising staff/volunteers, and proficiency with Google Suite.Why Join Our Team?At the Boys & Girls Club we live by our core values: Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
