Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Agile Product Owner that will provide senior-level systems engineering and architecture leadership for NASIC's digital transformation initiatives. Lead the design and evolution of secure, low-risk technical solutions, including migration into NASIC Unified Cloud and integration with enterprise services and IA/AI/ML workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise and system-level architectures.
Design secure, scalable solutions for transitioning legacy capabilities into NASIC Unified Cloud and related environments.
Guide integration of IA/AI/ML and advanced analytics capabilities into mission workflows.
Coordinate architecture decisions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with NASIC Enterprise Architecture and CIO direction.
Conduct system trade studies, risk analyses, and cost-benefit analyses to inform modernization decisions.
Provide technical oversight and direction to journeyman/apprentice technical staff supporting related subtasks (e.g., Zero Trust, data storage, emerging technology).
Prepare and deliver technical briefings, decision papers, and architecture documentation in support of NASIC leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearanceEducation / Years of Experience: Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; OR- Eight (8) additional years of relevant work experience (total 18 years) may be substituted for the Master's degree; OR- Four (4) additional years of relevant work experience plus a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the Master's degree.
Demonstrated experience leading systems engineering and architecture efforts on complex DoD or IC programs/projects.
Proven experience designing and integrating solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.
Experience conducting system trade studies, risk assessments, and mission/functional analyses.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NASIC Unified Cloud, MRE, and DAF Cloudworks environments.
Experience integrating IA/AI/ML or advanced analytics into operational mission systems.
Familiarity with NASIC enterprise standards and the NASIC Software Development Guide / NASIC Software Way.
Prior leadership experience in an intelligence center or similar organization.
