Support product design, engineering solutions, testing, and validation.
Develop feasibility-testing approaches and support implementation.
Contribute to engineering standards, specifications, and technical documentation.
Perform inspections and evaluate engineering work, equipment, and installations.
Identify process gaps and support change management initiatives.
Work within project plans to achieve engineering goals.
Apply engineering methods, tools, processes, and software to develop solutions.
Test, evaluate, and improve engineering outcomes.
Implement engineering designs and recommend improvements based on results.
Follow safe work practices and applicable engineering standards.
Provide technical guidance to team members when required.
Maintain knowledge of engineering technology, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
Ability to work independently on engineering assignments.
2+ years Experience with engineering design, testing, development, and implementation.
Ability to use engineering tools, processes, software, and technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to develop technical specifications and documentation.
Understanding of safety requirements and engineering standards.
Ability to provide technical guidance when needed.
