A publicly listed global company with a strong foundation in EV battery systems is expanding into the U.S. market with a focus on AI data center rack power infrastructure. This role will lead market entry and growth across hyperscalers, OEMs, and AI infrastructure partners, focusing on next-generation power architecture including power shelves, DC-DC modules, and high-efficiency power conversion systems supporting AI workloads.
The AI Data Center Power Opportunity
Modern AI data centers are rapidly evolving toward:
- High-density rack power greater than 100kW to 1MW+
- 48V GPU architectures evolving toward 800V HVDC systems
- Rack-level DC-DC power shelves replacing traditional AC distribution
- Integration of BESS, UPS, and high-efficiency conversion systems
What You'll Own
- Define and execute U.S. market strategy for AI data center power solutions
- Build and expand relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, and channel partners
- Drive revenue growth across AI infrastructure customers and data center operators
- Lead technical discussions, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Identify and target key accounts across CSP, OEM, and ISP ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and supply chain to ensure successful delivery
- Develop channel strategy and partner network across North America
- Track industry trends including AI servers, high-power PSU, GaN and SiC technologies
- Provide market intelligence to inform product and strategic decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in AI data centers, power electronics, or related infrastructure sales
- Strong knowledge of PSU, UPS, DC-DC, and redundant power systems
- Experience selling into the U.S. market, particularly with technology or data center clients
- Ability to lead technical conversations with engineering and infrastructure teams
- Proven track record in B2B sales, deal execution, and account development
- Experience building business from zero to one strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or related field preferred
- Must have U.S. work authorization
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
