Title: AI Program Lead/ Manager
Locations: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $55 - $60/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to lead our AI Tooling and AI DLC Enablement initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping solution architecture, defining scope, and driving execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in program leadership within AI, Data, or Digital programs
- Proficient in solution architecture and proposal building
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and engineering workflows
- Proven ability to define large-scale transformation programs
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AI factory frameworks
- Knowledge of agent-based or LLM-based systems
- Exposure to observability, analytics, and tooling ecosystems
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution definition and proposal development
- Define AI Development Lifecycle frameworks and processes
- Drive alignment across AI DLC, Quality Engineering, and App Ops
- Coordinate and manage Jellyfish and Amplitude teams
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to refine scope and finalize vision
