Position Summary
This role is a blended Client Services Operations and Data Analyst position within Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS). The position supports the AWMS Client Services department across investor servicing, transfer agency oversight, and data operations, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, workflow coordination, and cross‑functional execution.
The individual will serve as both an operational coordinator and a data-focused resource—helping manage complex, overlapping processing cycles (subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and tax reporting), while also validating data, responding to internal data requests, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical capability, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.

Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
1-3 years of experience in operations, client services, data analytics, project management, or a related function within financial services.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in periods of heightened activity.
Highly organized self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

The anticipated rate for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
$65,000 - $80,000
