Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Enter and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
Reconcile purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors regarding payments, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
Utilize Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and Lookups, to support reporting and analysis.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Prior Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
Experience with invoice entry, 3-way matching, and PO reconciliation.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
