Key Responsibilities of AR Analyst

• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries.

• Coordinate collection meetings with management, Regional Sales Managers, and executives.

• Maintain customer Credit Alert and Credit Hold listings.
• 
  
• The AR Analyst will assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• 
  
• Reconcile assigned accounts and prepare accruals.
• 
  
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records, troubleshoot discrepancies, and post invoices into the ERP system.

Qualifications of AR Analyst

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong foundational knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, and billing.

• Experience with collections, account reconciliations, and ERP systems.
