Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR and/or collections
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Strong Excel experience

Job Duties:

Contacting clients to collect outstanding payments
Negotiating payment plans and resolving billing disputes
Maintaining accurate records of collections activities
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships

Compensation range: $55,000-$60,000
