AR Specialist
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000/year
Location: Kent, WA

Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:
- Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
- Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor aging reports and manage collections on past-due balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, and payment issues
- Maintain customer account records within Sage ERP
- Support month-end AR reconciliations and reporting activities
Qualifications for the AR Specialist:
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Experience working with Sage ERP
- Experience with collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations
- Exposure to or experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
