Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:

• Generate and distribute invoices and billing statements
• 
  
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile incoming payments
• 
  
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• 
  
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• 
  
• Maintain accurate customer and donor billing records within Sage
• 
  
• Support month-end reconciliations and AR reporting
• 
  

Qualifications for the AR Specialist:

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• 
  
• Experience working with Sage ERP
• 
  
• Nonprofit (NFP) accounting experience preferred
• 
  
• Experience with cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations
•
