Responsibilities: - Area Sales Manager – Medical Device / Capital Equipment\nJob Type: Full‑time\n\nLocation: Remote with regional travel (60%)\n\nWe are seeking a driven and dynamic Area Sales Manager to generate revenue, expand market presence, and execute proven sales strategies within an assigned geographic territory - This role is ideal for a high‑energy sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at building strong customer relationships - \n\nKey Responsibilities\nMeet or exceed established sales quotas for the territory\nGenerate leads through in‑person and phone‑based cold calling\nPresent products, answer customer questions, and demonstrate features and pricing\nAttend industry conventions and represent the company professionally\nMove prospects through the full sales cycle and close deals\nCreate and close emotional sales opportunities\nManage multiple time‑sensitive tasks simultaneously\nOvercome objections and convert them into sales\nPerform product demonstrations\nUtilize all available resources—including reference sites, clinical specialists, and partner personnel—to achieve short‑ and long‑term goals\nCross‑sell additional products\nCollaborate with sales representatives inside and outside the territory to share best practices and support group sales goals\nProvide timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline reports via CRM (Salesforce)\nBuild relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and private practice physicians\nAssist Territory Sales Managers in closing deals and provide mentorship as needed\nCarry and manage a seven‑figure sales quota\nRequired Competencies\nInitiative and strong problem‑solving ability\nTechnical aptitude\nExcellent organizational skills\nStrong communication skills (written and verbal)\nAbility to retain and communicate large amounts of information\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred\nMinimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser technology\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas\nSkills\nPositive, team‑oriented attitude\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nSalesforce experience preferred\nStrong multitasking ability\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nWork Environment\nThis is a remote role requiring regular use of standard office equipment Requirements: - High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred\nMinimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser technology\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nSalesforce experience preferred Apply now with 24/7 PT!
