Summary

The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in California's Silicon Valley, this facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume. The Fremont facility offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems. In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services.

What You''ll Do

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre-production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components.

Must have the ability to perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.

Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools and material handling equipment as needed

Initiates process improvements of assigned working area.

What You''ll Bring

Requires a minimum of 1-2 years related experience of production and technical knowledge.

High school diploma and college courses preferred.

Must be able to lift and push up to 20 pounds

Able to stand all day

Able to communicate in English

Able to use hand tools such as a Electric drivers

Able to work 40+ a week

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines under supervision

Read and understand prints and drawings.

At Sanmina, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $45,760 and $49,920 ($22.00 - $24.00 per hour), and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
