Assembler (On-site) Weekend shift

We are seeking an Electrical Assembler for our client to assemble and inspect electromechanical equipment in an onsite manufacturing environment.

• Assemble, disassemble, and modify production subassemblies according to work instructions.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, process plans, and drawings.
• Inspect parts and materials before use and completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Solder or epoxy electrical components and use fixtures to build assemblies.
• Operate solder reflow ovens, pick-and-place machines, and automated measurement systems as needed.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and maintain accurate production records.

Required Qualifications:

• At least two years of high school or trade school education.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Ability to become solder certified.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Availability for the weekend schedule and weekday training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Soldering experience.
• Experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
• Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and pick-and-place equipment experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software for material planning and data collection.
• IPC-A-610 and J-STD certifications.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
Pay: $24.19/hour.
Training: Candidates must be available to train Monday through Thursday on first or second shift.
