Key Responsibilities:
- Manage materials lifecycle, including procurement, transportation, receipt, storage, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Oversee and track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in Department of Defense domain.
- Execute IT financial planning and tracking for budgetary compliance and asset accountability.
- Implement secure supply chain best practices to protect sensitive defense technologies.
- Use mobile and warehouse logistics systems for real-time asset visibility and location tracking.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet mission logistics requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years relevant logistics experience (DoD preferred).
- 2+ years asset management experience.
- 2+ years IT financial planning/tracking experience.
- Proven experience managing materials (procurement, transportation, storage, inventory).
- Proficiency with mobile/warehouse logistics systems.
- Knowledge of secure supply chain best practices.
- Experience with DoD GFEs.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Eligibility for Special Access Program (SAP) access.
- Willingness to submit to Counterintelligence polygraph.
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 or IAM certification (required within 6 months of hire).
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Hill AFB local logistics protocols.
