Responsibilities include communications (e.g., coordinating busy phones, drafting correspondence, mail distribution), scheduling meetings and conference calls, submitting expenses, redlining documents, filing of documents and maintenance of departmental filing system, and tracking of agreements in the department's rights management system.Regular, on‑site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position.
