Job Summary:
HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is seeking an Assistant Chief of Emergency Medicine to help lead our Emergency Medicine team in Sebring, Florida.
Qualified Candidates
· Board-certified or board-eligible (ABEM/AOBEM) in Emergency Medicine or board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM) with three continuous years of current Emergency Medicine experience
· History of successful leadership experience preferred

· 27,000 annual ED volume
· 13-bed ED with 12 fast-track treatment chairs
· Single Physician coverage (6a-6p, 6p-6a)
· Average 12-hours/day APP coverage
· 24/7 access to HCA Florida Patient Transfer Center
