Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:

• 
  
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
• 
  
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury activities
• 
  
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, compliance initiatives, and internal control processes
• 
  
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable operations while developing accounting staff
• 
  
• Drive accounting process improvements and operational efficiencies
• 
  

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 
  
• Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience with strong financial reporting and general ledger expertise
• 
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems
• 
  
• CPA designation and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
• 
  
• Background supporting audits, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity accounting environments is highly valued
