About the RoleRadX is a growing healthcare services company with multiple entities and an active acquisitionstrategy, currently migrating from QuickBooks Enterprise to NetSuite. The Assistant Controllersupports the Controller with month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, andcash management, while playing a key role in the ERP migration - account mapping, datavalidation, testing, and documentation. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable in amulti-entity, fast-growing environment who uses Excel and AI tools to work efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Controller with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesOwn month-end/year-end close tasks: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixedassets, and balance sheet accountsSupport consolidated, multi-entity financial reporting and intercompany accountingManage AP/AR, bank and cash reconciliations, and cash forecastingSupport purchase accounting and integration for newly acquired entitiesDrive the QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration: account mapping, data validation, UAT,and documentationUse Excel and AI tools to streamline reporting, reconciliations, and process improvementSupport annual audits and maintain internal controls and GAAP complianceAssist with cash forecasting, cash reporting, and monitoring of cash activitySupport accounts receivable and accounts payable processesAssist with reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other cash-relatedaccountsMonitor working capital accounts and investigate unusual or unexpected varianceQualificationsRequired: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 4+ years progressive accounting experience;strong GL and close/reeconciliation experience; intermediate Excel (PivotTables,XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS); comfortable with AI-enabled tools; working knowledge ofQuickBooks; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Preferred: NetSuite or ERP migration experience; multi-entity/consolidations; healthcare ormulti-location accounting; acquisition/purchase accounting experience; CPA or CPA-track.Work LocationTampa, FL / Hybrid or RemoteA job offer is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen.
