Salary Range: $72,000 - $80,000 Commensurate with experience

Candidates who live within 50 miles of the Hartford office will work a hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days per week.

Candidates who live further than 50 miles from the Hartford office will work remotely.

• Support hiring across the company. Lead the team that helps hiring managers hire well, step in to assist on hard-to-fill roles, and prepare salaried offer letters.
• Bring training ideas to life. Listen to what operations leaders want, advise on what’s possible, and partner with our Business Resources team until the finished training fits what they pictured.
• Lead and grow your team. Coach your team and help shape department priorities as part of the leadership team.
• Support company growth. Facilitate performance review cycles and career development programs that help our people take their next step.
• Make things simpler. Know our workflows inside and out, and use data, automation and AI to cut manual work.

• Put people first and genuinely want to help.
• Can talk to anyone, from a valet supervisor to a senior vice president.
• Earn trust quickly and connect people who should know each other.
• See what someone needs before they ask.
• Lead with warmth, not pressure.

• A passion for people connections - interacting and supporting.
• 5+ years in recruiting, talent management &/or organizational development; including 3+ years leading a team.
• High-volume hourly hiring experience across multiple sites.
• Experience with salaried offer letters, performance review support, training programs and career development initiatives.
• UKG Ready Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Creative with collateral design and have a want for things to look aesthetically appealing.
• Confidence presenting and facilitating with any group.
