Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Deliver friendly and efficient service to build trust in our brand.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members while resolving conflicts.
- Shift Management: Ensure quality products and maintain cleanliness while meeting financial targets.
- Accountability: Implement restaurant policies and hold team accountable.
Qualifications:
- A genuine smile and enthusiasm for guest service!
- Good communication skills and dependability.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
- Willingness to relocate locally within 15 miles.
- Must have Full open Availability: Monday through Sunday: 7 a.m to 11:30 p.m
- Valid Drivers License: Must have and maintain valid drivers license.
