Position: Assistant Manager
Pay: $42,000 – $48,000 per year + bonus opportunities
Location: Andy’s Frozen Custard – Round Rock

 The Role:


As an Assistant Manager, you are a key leader in the store. You’ll help run daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.


This is not an “easy” role — it’s for someone who enjoys being challenged, leading from the front, and holding high standards.

 What You’ll Do:


  • Lead shifts and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Coach and develop team members and shift leaders
  • Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability
  • Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality
  • Handle cash and ensure operational accuracy
  • Set the tone for energy, urgency, and guest experience
Schedule Expectations:


  • Full-time (42–45 hours/week)
  • Must be available nights and weekends
  • Typical shifts:
    • Opening: 9:00 AM – 5/6 PM
    • Closing: 3/4 PM – ~1 hour after close
  • Store hours:
    • Sun–Thurs: 11 AM – 11 PM
    • Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 11:30 PM
    • Extended summer hours apply
 What We’re Looking For:


  • 1–2+ years of leadership experience in food service or high-volume retail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure
  • Comfortable holding others accountable to standards
  • Valid Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
