To crush this goal, we need a great coach who can support and lead their team to success.Are you the Leader we're looking for?Position Overview:The AGM oversees all operational and financial aspects of their assigned restaurant location and consistently delivers exceptional guest and employee experience while leading, training, and developing their team. Work closely with the management team to ensure effective and efficient daily and long-term operations, manage costs, increase sales, and support growth in the market.Operational Objectives:
- Review and Execute Operational Goals by Period, Quarter, and Year.
- Review and Meet Annual Operational Budgets for your location.
- Review and adjust operations based on Location walk-throughs to review cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and Capital Expense issues.
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors, and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy.
- Foster and promote a positive, structured, accountable culture throughout the business.
- Hold Monthly Supervisor Meetings for your location.
- Hold Quarterly in-store Training Meetings for your location.
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Review and approve location schedules, posted 21 days in advance.
- Monitor, address, and document Supervisor's performance through ongoing feedback, positive recognition, formal performance reviews, coaching, and, when necessary, disciplinary action up to and including employment termination.
- Performs other duties/tasks and projects as assigned.

- Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, and uneven or slick surfaces.
