Understand and oversee the operation and maintenance of aviation fuel-farm infrastructure, including storage tanks, hydrant systems, pipelines, pumps, motors, valves, filter vessels, meters, pressure-control systems, EFSO/E-stop systems, PLC/HMI systems, automatic tank gauging systems, leak-detection systems, and associated facility equipment. Maintain working knowledge of aviation fuel-quality testing and inspection practices, including Clear & Bright testing, free-water detection, membrane/particulate testing, differential pressure monitoring, filter inspections, sump sampling, tank sampling, fuel receipt testing, and investigation of abnormal fuel conditions.
