Responsibilities:
* Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants* Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures* Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more* Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork
Qualifications:
* Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Medical Assistant Trainer (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)* Strong communication and leadership skills. Athena experience a Plus!* Passion for training and developing staff

We provide diagnostic services including x-rays, ultrasounds and lab tests for fractures, throat cultures, transmittable diseases and other medical conditions and injuries.
