As an Assistant Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations and help develop the team. This is a hands-on role: you’ll lead shifts, coach team members, support hiring and training, and help keep service, food quality, and restaurant routines on track.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and support smooth restaurant operations
• Coach team members and help them grow
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training
• Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, food safety, and daily priorities
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant
• Work alongside the team and step in where needed

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic
• Passion for leading, coaching, and building relationships with team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A genuine, positive personality that motivates and inspires others
• Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
• Minimum 2 years of management experience (restaurant experience preferred)
