Their culture is built around employee retention, collaboration, and long-term growth, highlighted by an employee ownership program (ESOP).Job DescriptionSupport the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration. Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Track project schedules, procurement activities, and construction progress. Support project cost tracking and reporting. Participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders. Experience within data centers, telecommunications, commercial interiors, or industrial construction is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Desire to grow into a Project Management role. Experience with Procore is beneficial but not required.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $90,000.
